Each pair of Alberobello shoes is handcrafted in Italy and presented with the utmost attention to detail—from creation to delivery. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
All shipments are sent via UPS Standard Shipping and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you may follow your delivery in real time.

Packaging & Presentation
Each pair of Alberobello shoes is delivered in our signature presentation box, accompanied by custom dust bags crafted to preserve and protect your footwear. Your order will arrive in a resealable shipping carton, designed for both security and sustainability, and to make returns effortless should you need them.

Shipping Details
- Complimentary shipping is available on all orders shipped within the continental United States.
- Alberobello does not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
- We are unable to modify or reroute orders once they have been shipped.
