How to Return Your Purchase 1. Request Your Return Log into your customer profile, select your order, and submit a return request. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions along with your prepaid return label.
2. Prepare Your Return Place your shoes back in their original Alberobello box, including all packaging materials, tissue paper, inserts, and accessories. The shoe box should then be placed inside the resealable shipping carton.
3. Send Your Return Drop the sealed package at any authorized carrier location as noted on your return label. Returns are entirely complimentary- no additional postage or fees are required.
Return Conditions To ensure the integrity of our products, returns must meet the following conditions: - Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition. - All original packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included and undamaged. - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges At this time, Alberobello does not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to select a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return your original pair for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that your shoes arrive damaged or defective, please contact our client care team within 7 days of receipt at info@alberobelloshoes.com. We will arrange for an immediate resolution.
